Online orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of ordering. Occasionally items are on backorder. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email. Backordered items typically ship within 2-3 weeks.
Made to order Items:
These items generally take 3-4 weeks and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from receiving. After 14 days, the item becomes final sale.
Online Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 days for a refund or credit. The item must arrive to B E R K O within this time period, not postmarked. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and without any makeup stains. If stains are found, B E R K O has the right to ship the item back without a refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 11th a Yotam st. Haifa, Israel.
FAULTY GOODS AND REPAIRS.
In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, please email [email protected] with images and description of fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment. From here we will assess whether an exchange or refund will be issued. In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 2 days with all tags and packaging. We will do everything in our best effort to repair this piece for you. If the piece cannot be repaired, we will provide you with a replacement piece.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All garments are carefully hand-made with love right here in Israel.

We use a Courier service which means door to door service for all domestic deliveries. All parcels are covered by insurance and require signature on delivery. Domestic shipping is a flat price of $60 and is payable by the customer.You will receive an email with your tracking number once we have shipped the garment. We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Sunday-Friday.
